Most obvious answer is usually the right one: eating whole, unadulterated food that’s packed with enzymes will allow your body to cleanse itself. And, the only potentially severe side effect of this program is finally fitting into your ‘skinny’ jeans.
It’s made with our special hydraulic press! Seven tons of pressure extracting every drop of goodness our fruits and veggies have to give. All of the juices are put through our hydraulic press so that when you drink our juices, the nutrients go directly into your blood stream, feeding your cells within ten to fifteen minutes. All this with no effort on the part of your body for digestion and assimilation. Our juice maintains 5 times more vitamins and minerals than juices from other machines. Raw juiced fruits and vegetables are high in easy-to-absorb vitamins, minerals and plant enzymes.
Remember, this is a nutritional cleanse designed to give your digestive system a rest and therefore allow your body to eliminate toxins. If you do lose weight, and that was something you were looking for while cleansing, then that’s just a happy side effect.
Depending on the length and level of the cleanse, it accomplishes different things. A 3 day cleanse helps the body rid itself of old built up matter and cleanses the blood. A 5 day cleanse starts the process of rebuilding and healing the immune system. A 10 day cleanse will take care of problems before they arise and fight off degenerative diseases. The length of a cleanse is an entirely personal decision. That being said you will certainly feel a dramatic difference if you cleanse for 5 vs. 3 days. 2 extra days, that’s 60% more cleanse time. You reap more benefits the longer you cleanse. Certain substances take longer to leave you system than others, i.e. caffeine does not take as long as dairy, and dairy does not take as long as protein.
Everyone experiences “times of excess” to some degree. Typically, the best time to cleanse is following these times of excess: post holidays, following trips, or after any type of overindulgence/stress that leaves you feeling sluggish. Seasonally, springtime and fall are the best times of the year to cleanse. We strongly suggest a minimum of three days a month to maintain optimum health. *drink any of our Raw juices alone or with your current diet to help stimulate and remove toxins.
Around 1100 calories. However, please bear in mind that counting calories with raw foods and juice is not equivalent to the calories you count on a traditional diet of cooked and/or processed foods. We do try to encourage all our clients to move away from calorie oriented thinking, as it’s really no comparison. 500 calories of live juice is NOT the same as 500 calories of a bagel with cream cheese! We try to focus on the nutritional content as opposed to the calorie content; Raw ME juices are about nutrition and flooding your body with live enzymes.
There are many types of diabetes. Usually, regardless of the type, the answer to this is no because of the amount of sugar in the fruit juice, but you should always check with your doctor first. But you could enjoy our less fruity juice like Green Junkie as part of your regular diet and reach for our all natural raw fruitier juices when you have experience low blood sugar instead of a candy bar.

Our cleanse is actually the perfect partner for your antibiotics. While antibiotics fight off harmful bacteria they also deplete the body’s supply of healthy bacteria. Raw ME juices are packed with nutrients that support a healthy immune system. An extended cleanse will even help strengthen your immune system to prevent illness in the future. We wish you a speedy recovery.
There are MANY sources of protein other than that which comes from animals. With our cleanse you’ll receive protein from our green junkie as well as our go nuts. While the cashews in our go nuts is a more obvious source of protein, don’t discount the protein punch that comes from living plant foods. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and amino acids are rich in fruit and veggies.
